Knicks ready to take on Pistons
The Knicks went up against Andre Drummond and Detroit Pistons. It was a tough game as the Knicks took a loss ending with a record of 1-2. The score ended in a devastating 89-102 with Andre Drummond having a good 9 points and 13 rebounds. Tobias Harris had a spectacular double-double with 25 points and 10 rebounds. The Knicks also had great scorers but just couldn’t pull through.
Carmelo Anthony had a good 24 points but it just didn’t seem to be enough to surpass the Pistons. Rose and Porzingis had a combined 37 points, meanwhile Noah had 12 rebounds but only 2points. Maybe the next game against the Rockets the Knicks can pull through and go 2-2.
Derrick Rose Wins Rape Case
On Wednesday, New York Knicks guard Derrick Rose and two of his friends were cleared of committing rape crime.

Knicks take a great win against the Brooklyn Nets ending off with a 116-98 W. Carmelo Anthony had a good 16 points 3 assist and 4 rebounds to lead the Knicks to the W.
Knicks vs Rockets
First Game of the preseason Knicks vs Rockets the Knicks start off on a bad note with the loss. Rockets guard James Harden with a spectacular 28 points game. He ended of with a 63.6% from the field. Forward Ryan Anderson of the Rockets had a amazing 26 points and 50% from the field. The Rockets played a very good game against the Knicks and physically put them to work and beat them in every aspect to win the game.
The Knicks seemed to be a little rusty for the first game of the preseason. Carmelo Anthony only had 10 points 2 rebounds and was a terrible 30.8% from the field. He shot 4-13 in the game he should have done better as he is known as an all star. Hopefully the Knicks get back to a good start next game and win.

Derrick Rose was recently traded to The New York Knicks. The trade included New York Knicks center Robin Lopez, guard Jose Calderon and guard Jerian Grant for guard Justin Holiday, Guard Derrick Rose and a 2017 second round draft pick back to the Knicks.

Madison Square Garden is the home of the Knicks located in midtown Manhattan between 7th and 8th Ave and 31st to 33rd street. Madison Square Garden is also a train station Penn station or plaza where there are restaurants,stores,It is also known as MSG and is not only the home of the Knicks but NHL new York Ranger. MSG is used for major events such as concerts, hockey games and basketball.
Madison Square Garden was built in 1890 and officially located on 26th street and madison ave. The garden is the fourth busiest arena in the world in terms of sales of tickets. MSG had a $1 billion dollar renovation in 2011-2013 that took approximately 3 off seasons. This renovation did not affect the Rangers or the Knicks but affected the Liberty that was moved to play their games in Newark, New Jersey.
